Express delivery is R 100 and only available for main city centres.  Delivery takes 1 - 2 working days once the order is completed and collected.  

Economy shipping is R 75.00 and is available nation wide. Delivery takes 3 - 5 working days once the order is completed and collected.   

Delivery is made from 8H00 to 16H00 on working days only. 

After the order has been processed a tracking number will be sent to you, which you can use to track your delivery.

What do I do if I receive products damaged or broken in transit?

If you do not receive your order in the condition that you expected or if anything has broken in transit, please let us know as soon as you possibly can. We will then do our very best to ensure the situation is rectified. If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item as this may assist us in ensuring that the situation does not happen again.

What do I do if I wish to return something I purchased?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products being mostly medicinal in nature we are legally unable to accept product returns. Please consider this fact before placing an order. Please note – this does not apply to damaged products as outlined above.
